CERTIFICATE in DISCIPLESHIP
Certificate/DIPLOMA in Discipleship Course
These Bible Studies are designed to instil in the believer the fact that discipleship is not program but a lifestyle. True discipleship is about unwavering devotion to Jesus and thereby intimacy with God, the great I AM THAT I AM. There are 3 sections, namely Spiritual Discipleship, Theology and Discipleship Principles. It is suggested that the course be studied in that order. Please use the link below to register.
Section 1: Spiritual Discipleship:(Being Completely devoted to Christ)
Section 2: Discipleship Principles
Section 3: Spiritual Warfare
Section 4: Theology: (The Nature and Attributes of God)
Examinations:
There will be no formal examinations for the Certificate in Discipleship Course. Students will be required to submit a summary of each module (1500 to a maximum of 2500 words), highlighting important lessons learned from any 3 lessons in each module. The summaries should reflect what the student has learned personally and give an indication of practical applications.
For the diploma course, a thesis (as specified below) will be submitted.
THESIS
**A short thesis of at least 6000 words but no more than 12,000 words must be submitted to fulfill the requirements for the Diploma in Discipleship. The thesis will include:
A concise description of the student's calling and vision.
A brief summary of what the student has learned personally from the certificate course.
A brief summary of the students' understanding of at least 4 lessons of Module 4 (Theology).
An explanation of how such knowledge will be applied.
What challenges and blessings (if any) the student has experienced by taking the course.
A statement of commitment to put into practice what has been learned.
Any other comments/testimonies.
The emphasis of the thesis should be on personal application and growth.
